General Summary: Thermal Windows & Doors a replacement window and door manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Murrysville, PA facility. This position would actively assist customers in finding resolution with service related problems and/or ordering parts for company products. This position would also help current customer place orders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Educational Requirements:High School Diploma
Experience Requirements:2- 5 Years’ Experience with Product Ordering Experience.
2-4 Years Customer Service Experience.
Special Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good spreadsheet, database and word processing applications knowledge; strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, time-management and organizations skills; client management and customer skills; advance knowledge or ability to learn company products and customer service strategies. Aptitude to learn and become proficient with Thermal Windows & Doors products.
Must be able to move about the work site, turn on and operate a computer in the applicable environment; communicate efficiently and effectively on the telephone or in person, and complete required paperwork.
